Let’s try this again…
An endless cycle to starting and restarting. Doing & redoing. I’m starting to think I have a bit of OCD but in reality, I’m just a perfectionist who can never settle on the one way of doing things. I’m also never happy with my outcome so my creativity is also an endless cycle of creating & deeming my work unsuitable for the outside world.
To vlog or blog? Should I continue to write? I love to write. I wouldn’t call myself a writer but this is a way of getting my thoughts and ideas out of my head, to make sense of it all. I had stopped my creative writing as one of my recent Instagram Polls resulted in the public voting “nah” on actually reading them. Lately I’ve let my audience influence the majority of what I’m posting on my channels - am I happy with it all - in all honesty probably not. I feel like I’m just keeping up appearance sometimes. “I have to…” is creeping up a lot more in my vocabulary.
This creative rut calls for an escape. I’m thinking to the North coast. I need to surround myself in nature and clear my head. As Troy & Gabriella said… “This could be the start of something new!” I don’t even care that I just quoted High School Musical - so there! Seeking inspiration from Disney films, its just how I live my life. Fingers crossed guys, third time lucky with a new blog.
